When working with clients on a job, ensure you have contact with them on a daily basis when you are working on their job.
It can be a quick email, an SMS, WeChat, WhatsApp, Slack or Basecamp. Find out their preferred method of communication and use that. This is how we make it easy for our clients to work with us.
The only exception to this is if you advise a client you’ll be back in touch at a certain time (ie two or three days).
