Our primary server is on Dropbox. The folder structure is as follows:
- BRD Big Red Dog – marketing and brand for Big Red Dog
- BRD Financials – financial documents for the Financial Controller
- BRD Leads – projects for new or existing clients that haven’t been won yet
- BRD Office – all admin related info including property
- BRD Projects – all active clients and projects
- BRD Projects Archived – all projects for clients (no longer active) or with content unlikely to be used in future
- BRD Website Backups – up to date backups of all our sites
- Client Owned – Dropbox folders that are not owned by BRD Dropbox team members
- Foundry – anything related to the new brand for the physical co working space
To have full access of all Dropbox goodies and a neatly organised file structure, you must be part of the BRD team and have an @bigreddog.com.au email address.
