Ask for someone else to review your draft when:

  • You are sending an important email at the start of a client relationship, ie. we haven’t signed them yet. It’s important not to miss anything.
  • We have begun a job but we’re not across the line creatively, ie. we’re not over the hump. Ask for a second opinion when explaining decisions, strategy or other.
  • You are responding to a difficult email on any subject – strategy, billing or other. It’s important to get the tone right, irrespective of our decision.
